For halloween 2018, an immersive 40,000 square foot haunted tour was created, with the goal of promoting several new acquisitions for a real estate developer. It imagined the terrifying shutdown of the all-important L train subway line, and the imminent ensuing chaos. Groups were led on a spooky journey through the neighborhood, finally ending up in the relative comfort of a 10 day popup nightclub.
